What is the time commitment?
90 minute live session every two months as Medical Affairs
30 minute live Q and A session every alternate month - for those who want to keep the momentum going or have a burning question, I’ll run a live Q&A session in between the longer sessions.
Forum - however long you want to spend asking and responding to questions
What type of topics will we cover?
We’ll cover the topics that support and enhance Medical Affairs skill sets such as The role of Medical Throughout the lifecycle, pro-active engagement, maximising impact with Medical Affairs, digital engagement. The topics will evolve as members ask more questions.
How big are the groups?
The groups will be a max of 10 people. This will allow members to have the time and opportunity to ask questions and speak up in a comfortable environment.
What are the payment options?
Payment can be done in one upfront payment in advance of the start of the course, a monthly payment option is available. If your company is paying please let us know so that we can provide an invoice.
What happens if I miss a session?
All participants will be encouraged to make every session to ensure they get full benefit from the membership. Provided all participants are happy we will record sessions to be available for a limited time only after the session. You will be able to access these but you’ll miss the opportunity to ask questions at the time.
What happens if I have a question in between sessions?
Please ask it! That is what the Medical Impact Hub discussion forum is for, we actively encourage you to ask questions and Laragh or one of your peers will answer it. We know how isolating it can be when your colleagues or manager are always busy or you are the only Medical person on your team.
When you say discussion forum what does that mean?
The Medical Impact Hub will be a space for Medical Impact Members to share thoughts, questions and get to know each other between sessions.
Do I have to share what I am working on?
No, you only share what you are comfortable sharing. We would request that no confidential information is shared.
I have a project or a best practice I’d like to share - is that okay?
Yes, if you have a project or best practice you’d like to share with the group that would be great. This helps facilitate peer-to-peer learning. Please ensure that you have permission from your employer to share it and that no confidential information is shared.
Tell me more about Wolf Medical and the background to the sessions.
Wolf Medical was founded to support Medical Affairs accelerate their impact. After requests from the Medical Affairs community and a successful in-house pilot Laragh decided to create the Medical Impact Membership. Having first-hand experience navigating the challenges as a Medical Affairs Lead and supporting clients, the membership is designed to support Medical Leads from companies small and large.
